Return & Refunds of Groceries and Perishables
We have a return and refund policy in place which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery or same day if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and the value of the return products will be subtracted from your invoice total. If after the delivery you are unsatisfied with a product, you can reach out to customer service and request an exchange or refund.
Return & Refunds of Defective Products
If a product does not work, the product will be picked up and assessed before issuing an exchange or refund. We maintain the sole and absolute discretion in deciding whether a product is in fact defective. Defective items are entitled to a full reimbursement within thirty (30) days after the date it was received, provided that they are returned with all manuals or accessories and the same original packaging it was delivered. If the returned product does not contain the criteria above, it may be rejected by us.
Please also take note that items altered or damaged through misuse by you, accidents, fire, and flooding, natural disasters while in possession of your good self, or which fail due to being used in voltage for which it is not designed cannot be returned/refunded by us.
